Outstanding Artworks Exhibition】20 / 5 / 2022 – 22/ 5 /2022
The exhibition will be held from on 20th May 2022 (2pm to 10pm) to 22nd May 2022 (10am to 6pm) at the E2 area of G/F the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. All awardees, participants and friends are welcome to visit. Due to venue capacity restriction, only part of the outstanding artworks (including Top Three Places, Gold Awards and small amount of selected Silver Awards) will be exhibited.

Awards Presentation Ceremony】21/ 05/ 2022
The awards presentation ceremony will be held on 21st May 2022 (Saturday) from 4pm to 8pm at AC2 conference room, 4/F, Administration Building, Hong Kong Cultural Centre. Only (1) ONE accompanying adult is allowed to attend the ceremony with each awardee (including the top three, gold, silver, and bronze awardees) at the assigned timeslot. In order to comply with the epidemic prevention guidelines, audience and participants are not allowed to stay to watch the awards ceremony. Awardees and their accompanying parent/ friend must leave the venue immediately after receiving the award. For those who cannot attend can choose to collect the awards and certificate at the HKAEA office later.

Facebook Live】
We will arrange Facebook Live during the presentation (Our Facebook Page - Hong Kong Art Exchange Association) for those who cannot come to Hong Kong and that relatives and friends can watch it online. Parents may invite relatives and friends to save the date and time of the Facebook live broadcast. Please note that this is not a professional broadcast; we do not guarantee network connection stability and quality.
Awardees will receive letter about arrangement on Presentation Ceremony, Prize/ Certificate and Painting Collection by the end of this week through e-mail or whatsapp. 
In view of the tight schedule and manpower of the Association under the influence of the pandemic situation, please minimize whatsapp enquiries if they are not in urgent. Reply on general enquires may dely. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
